F3i welcomes new director of innovation
F3i announced Sept. 10 Ryan Dinubilo as the organization’s director of innovation. Dinubilo will develop, implement, and manage a wide array of high-impact programs and strategic initiatives. This includes coordinating with academic partners to foster commercialization, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and harnessing the creativity of students, faculty, and researchers to help them translate their agtech ideas into market-ready products.
Dinubilo is a technologist, builder, and venture advisor at the intersection of engineering, data, and venture innovation. With a background in physics and mathematics, he brings a systems-level approach to building technology and organizations that scale. He began founded Integral Labs, a venture platform exploring applications of software, data, and automation across industries. That work led to collaborations in enterprise healthcare, where he managed electronic health records and data systems at Livingston Community Health, leading interoperability, compliance, and automation initiatives that streamlined operations and improved efficiency.
Dinubilo later became a founding partner at Tesserakt Ventures, advising and investing in early-stage technology companies, including local agtech ventures across California's Central Valley. He has also served as a senior engineering advisor to ventures in robotics, AI, and cloud platforms, guiding teams in execution, architecture, and scaling strategies.
