F3i announces new director of talent programs

F3 Innovate (F3i) welcomed Mandy Breuer Apr. 18, 2025, as the new director of talent programs. With over two decades of experience leading cutting-edge educational programs, Breuer brings a deep commitment to transforming how young people engage with sustainability, climate-smart agriculture, and innovation. She will spearhead the design and launch of talent development programs—including fellowships, internships, and youth engagement opportunities—that will empower the next generation of ag-tech leaders in the Central Valley and beyond.

A longtime advocate for environmental education and community empowerment, Breuer most recently served as the founding principal of Golden Charter Academy in Fresno. Her background spans school leadership roles across California, where she built high-performing counseling, academic, and environmental programs. At F3i, Breuer will be instrumental in helping build and scale new pipelines of talent and opportunity, aligned with the organization’s mission to advance inclusive agrifood technology and economic development. Her expertise in integrating education, workforce, and community systems will be key to supporting the future of sustainable agriculture and innovation.
